From Rough Stone
To Masterpiece
Scroll down to experience how we take raw carbon lattices and shape them into brilliant solitaire creations.
Raw Geometry Selection
Our master gemmologists select conflict-free octahedral rough crystals. Out of 10,000 carats, only 5 meet the clarity threshold required for our Vees Star standard.

Laser Mapping & 3D CAD
Inside our Chennai facility, high-precision lasers map the internal crystal lattice to identify grain lines, while our digital designers model the custom ring mountings in 3D CAD.

Lost Wax Gold Casting
Using advanced vacuum pressure castings, high-purity gold and platinum alloys are heated and vacuum-pressured into the mold to form the custom solitaire band mounting.

Artisan Hand Filing
Master bench jewelers refine and smooth the cast frames by hand using traditional micro-files, shaping each claw and calibration detail to absolute perfection.

Micro-Prong Diamond Setting
Under 10x stereo zoom magnification, our setters mount the solitaire diamond and micro-pave stones, adjusting the prongs to securely clasp the girdle.

Mirror Buffing & Shine
Using high-speed buff wheels and fine luster compounds, the metal is polished to a flawless, reflective finish, bringing out the maximum sparkle of the custom solitaire.
